Q: What if they don't fit?

A: We have a great Returns Policy! Click here to see that everything is returnable - and it's OK to shop early for birthdays and holidays - because we're OK with your giftee sending the item back for an exchange or refund to your credit card even 90 days later.

PLEASE NOTE: We bend over backward to have the best returns policy in the business - but (very rarely this happens) if your credit card company won't let us refund your money because your credit card has expired or it's beyond their "time limit" - (sometimes just 60 days) we'll need to give you store credit or a gift certificate. WE'RE happy to refund your credit card, but sometimes your bank isn't as nice as we are!

Q: What size should I get?

A: We've got lots and lots of sizes! Whether you're extra short or extra tall, there's a Footy PJ for you. And our Extra Wide sizes generallly fit anyone who as over a 2X or 3X - and are built to be roomy enough for a 65-75" chest.

These are supposed to fit like a gorilla costume; loose everywhere (and very silly looking). You should be able to curl up into a ball even after you wash them and they lose an inch or so due to shrinkage.

Think MC Hammer pants and comfy old sweatshirts...

We have size charts on every Footed PJ page - with measurements. Please pay attention to them. Because each fabric fits differently - some are more "forgiving" so even though the measurements of two styles of PJs may be different - but both could fit you just fine.

FOR THE VERY, VERY SKINNY:
If you're very skinny, consider taking yours to the tailor at your local mall or drycleaning shop to have the sides sewn to custom fit you (if you don't have a sewing machine, that is).

When they were cut and sewn, each fabric behaved just a little differently and some got a smitch smaller than others. So each fabric has a different size chart because we carefully measured them to help you choose the right size.

All our PJs fit roomy, so if you buy one size larger, you might end up looking like MC Hammer... (crotch at your knees).

If you wear larger than a 2X, you should look at the waist measurements. Maybe you'll want one of our Extra Wide sizes.

Q: What is on the bottom of the feet?

A: The foot bottoms have red "friction dots".

Q: How long does it take for you to ship - and how long will it take to get to me?

A: We are very zippy here about shipping. Good rule of thumb: East of the Mississippi - 2 to 4 days on average. West of the Mississippi - 3 to 6 days on average. International: about 5 days to get out this country - after that 1-2 weeks in yours.

We try to get your order out within 24 hours, and we usually do! We ship every weekday morning and most weekday afternoons. To make sure it gets to you by an exact date, we recommend that you use Next-day or 2nd Day delivery (U.S. only). It costs quite a bit extra, but sometimes you just gotta have a pair of Footies and you don't care if it costs extra! (Frankly, our PJs are priced so low, that even with overnight shipping, they're cheaper than other PJ vendors. We just ordered a pair from someone else; over $70 for the PJs and $15 for the shipping. Ouch!

Remember; when you order online, you pay just $4.00 no matter how much you buy for regular U.S. Ground Shipping - and just $8.00 if you want to phone your order in.

Q: What is the warmest style you have? What is the best style for someone who is always hot?

A: The warmest we have is the Fleece but if you're always hot, and still want the ultimate in loungewear, try the plaid flannel, the sweatshirt fleece, or the waffle knit- they're 100% cotton. Which keeps you warm, but not the way fleece does.

Wearing this as a costume? Unless you'll be outside in the cold, wear a tank top underneath... that way if you dance and get overheated, you can unzip it and tie the arms around your waist until you cool down.

Q: What is a drop seat back?

A: Also known as a "Trap Door", a Drop Seat means that you can unsnap the snaps in the back and, um, sit down on the porcelain throne without taking your PJs off. Does that answer your question? Our Drop Seats have velcro and elastic at the top to keep cold air from getting in...

We have so many people calling us who say that they ABSOLUTELY do not want a drop seat. They're afraid that it will be "breezy"! Do not fear... ours is constructed to keep breezes out - it has an overlap (like a flap tucking into an envelope) - and, if you absolutely hate the convenience of the dropseat - you can always pin or sew (or staple) it up!

A: We're always getting more colors and sizes in stock - but we never know exactly when - just watch our site.
