SIZING QUESTIONS

We have more sizes than any other Footie PJ maker! Made to fit Men and Women from 4'5" to 7 foot tall. And Extra Wide.
It might sound silly to say this, but:
We provide very good sizing info on each of our product pages. So when you call with sizing questions, we just bring up the product page on our site and read it to you! So it's a real timesaver if you just grab a ruler and measure yourself... (Print your own tape measure - click here!)
Should I order one size larger because I want them to be ROOMY? Our standard (size 1 to 10) Footed Pajamas are made to be very roomy. If you wear above a 2X, then you should order our "Xtra-Wide" sizes (X4, X6, X8). The "X" sizes are built to be roomy enough for a 65-75" chest or waist.
These are supposed to fit like a gorilla costume or a bathrobe; loose everywhere. You should be able to curl up into a ball even after you wash them and they lose an inch or so due to shrinkage. Each fabric fits differently - some are more "forgiving"- so even though the measurements of two styles of PJs may be different both could fit you just fine.

Styles - Drop Seat (has an envelope-tuck style opening in the back that is secured by velcro and has elastic across the top to keep drafts out) or Regular (no opening in the back)
Prints - We make our own so you can't get them anywhere else!
Feet - Regular (double fleece bottom with friction dots) or Stocking Feet (cottony material to keep your feet cooler than fleece - with friction dots)

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS (click here for our RETURN POLICY):
Send it back within 90 days in like-new condition and we're happy to send you different size, color or style, OR we're happy to refund your purchase price if you want. All you pay is the shipping - we NEVER charge a restocking fee.

BUY NEW & SEND BACK THE OLD:
Order a new one from our site and then send the first one back (to get a refund).
REFUND:
Don't want it? We'll refund your purchase price (we do not refund the cost of shipping).
SHIPPING COSTS
U.S. - $4 flat rate for U.S. Ground no matter how many items you buy,
$8 flat rate for all phone orders.
Expedited (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.)

International - mailing rates are seldom over $30. Please use the shipping estimator in the shopping cart to find out the cost to ship your order to your country.
SHIPPING TIMES
All packages are insured. If your package is lost we will resend your package and claim insurance on the original shipment. Please check our SHIPPING INFO PAGE for estimated transit times and call us if your package has not arrived more than 5 days after our estimated time of arrival (10 days for international).
U.S. Ground Shipping
We are very zippy and almost always ship within 24 hours of receiving your order, but cannot guarantee exact shipping times when you take advantage of our flat rate U.S. Ground Shipping (unless you pay for expedited shipping).
U.S. Expedited Shipping
We absolutely guarantee a specific arrival date when you pay for expedited shipping (see table).
International Shipping
Our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHART (located on our shipping page) is the average time it should take to arrive in your country (based on calls from previous customers).
It is very rare, but occasionally packages will be held at customs in your country and may take longer to arrive than our estimate.
If your package has not arrived within 10 days after our estimate, please call us and we track your order and if it is lost we will be happy to resend it.
International mailing rates are seldom over $30.00.
ORDERING:

are happy to answer questions or take orders over the phone at 410-990-0411 - but we charge $8 for shipping (instead of $4 if you order from the web.. U.S. Ground Shipping).
We are open 10-6PM U.S. East Coast time.
If we do not answer it is because we are on the phone with 2 other customers - or you have called after normal business hours (we are on the U.S. East Coast).
 SPECS
SOLES:
The soles of our Footies have a double layer of fabric and red "Friction Dots" on the bottoms of the feet.
 DROP SEAT BACK:
Also called the "Trap Door" or "Butt Flap" - our footies either have a closed or open back.
The trap door has elastic at the top and stays shut with small squares of Velcro. The upper flap tucks in "envelope style" to keep drafts out and because of the stretchy nature of the elastic and the roominess of our PJs there's plenty of give to allow you to answer the "call of nature" without removing the entire thing!
