NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
SEND THEM BACK WITH A NOTE AND WE'LL SWAP THEM FOR THE SIZE YOU NEED. We only charge $4 when we ship the new pair (no restocking fee!). Or order the new size from our site and then send the old pair back for a refund.

NEED TO GET A REFUND?
SEND THEM BACK WITH A NOTE THAT SAYS "REFUND MY MONEY PLEASE". We'll refund the price of the PJs (sorry - we don't refund shipping!).

If we're having a SALE...
Buy the new size from our site to take advantage of the sale price and return the first one for a refund.

1. Use our FORM or just write a note with instructions
---Please include:
- YOUR NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER
- ORDER NUMBER (if possible)
- NEW SIZE YOU WANT

2. Mail your return (track or insure it please!) to Dalmatian Corporation, 812 Oregon Ave., Suite F, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090, U.S.A.

3. We'll send you a replacement - and only charge you $4 for shipping - OR - give you your money back.

PLEASE NOTE: We bend over backward to have the best returns policy in the business - but (very rarely this happens) if your credit card company won't let us refund your money because your credit card has expired or it's beyond their "time limit" - (sometimes just 60 days) we'll need to give you store credit or a gift certificate. WE'RE happy to refund your credit card, but sometimes your bank isn't as nice as we are!

REMEMBER:
-- We refund the full price of the item if you don't want it for any reason!
-- We do not refund the shipping.
-- We will charge $4 to ship you your new PJs - but NO restocking fee.
-- You are responsible for the return shipping and insuring of the package.
-- We reserve the right to repair defective items that you have used.

We do not accept returns on anything that is not in re-saleable condition

***So items must be returned in LIKE NEW condition.***

PLEASE INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGE. Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it.

If any item is defective, contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it and credit you cost of return postage & insurance.

When we process your return our system will refund to your bank at Midnight - your bank will usually release your money back to you in 1-3 business days.

Please understand, we are just like any other store. We cannot accept used items back. If you return items that have obviously been used or altered, we will mark the box "return to sender" and send it back to you..
