Loose enough that you can curl up in a ball and have them still not feel tight. All of our blue plaid footie pajamas are made extra roomy so you don't have to order a larger size just to get extra room in the waist.

About our 100% cotton flannel:
Our flannel is made from 100% cotton and is thinner than our fleece which makes it the perfect four season fabric. These blue plaid cotton flannel footed pajamas are pre-shrunk and wont shrink more than a 1/4 inch when washed.
Washing instructions:
We recommend that you wash your blue plaid flannel footies with similar colors in cold water to minimize fabric shrinking.
About the full body zipper:
Our blue plaid footies feature a full body zipper that runs from your collar to just below your waist which makes it very easy to get in and out of these pajamas.
About the kangaroo pockets:
